You purchased your online tickets and are ready to hit the ice, so what should you bring? Read about our top five must-haves to bring to Panther Island Ice this season.
- Digital Tickets
This season, all ice skating tickets must be purchased online with an advanced reservation to minimize in-person contact. Once you receive an email confirmation with your QR code, save this ticket information on a mobile device.Panther Pro Tip: Screenshot the QR code(s) and save in a separate album on your mobile device’s camera roll for quick and easy access during the contactless ticket verification with the host! - Face Mask
To align with our health and safety protocols, all guests, skaters, and staff are required to wear a face mask that covers the nose and mouth while skating and moving around the venue. - Credit Card and ID
To reduce in-person contact between guests and staff, we strongly encourage contactless transactions through credit card purchases. The Coyote Canteen offers a full menu including wine and beer options (no outside food or beverages). Be sure to bring an ID for any alcohol purchases (must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages). - Dress in Layers
The ice rink is outdoors. With our unpredictable Texas weather, the rink can experience warm or cold days throughout the season. Bundle up when it’s cold, but wear something that you can shed in case you warm up while skating. Socks are required (tall socks are encouraged!). Gloves are recommended regardless of the conditions and will be available for purchase onsite. On warm weather days, the ice may become wet, skaters should dress accordingly. - Smartphone
