Discounted admission is offered to groups of 15 or more skaters at $11 per person. Parties smaller than 15 skaters do not qualify for the group discount and will need to pre-purchase tickets here.

Ice rink staff will be in touch with you to schedule your reservation based on availability. If you have any questions or technical difficulties, email piigroupreservations@icerinkevents.com.
Group reservations must be prepaid online in full in order to reserve your slot. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email link to fill out your waiver(s). Once you fill out your waiver(s), you will receive an email with your E-ticket(s). NOTE: Each guest will not receive their E-ticket until they have filled out the waiver.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least ten days prior to the date of your reservation in order to get your reservation fee back. After this ten-day period, your reservation fee is non-refundable.
On the day of your reservation, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled skate time and have the E-ticket(s) ready to scan on your mobile device(s).
Please keep in mind that Panther Island Ice does not provide a party host and does not specialize in birthday parties. We are a seasonal holiday outdoor ice rink that provides a discount for group reservations. The online group reservation is a way to provide affordable fun for groups.
Food and beverages are available for sale from the Coyote Canteen. No outside food or beverages are allowed on site except for cakes or cupcakes.
Tables are available under a group of tents within a courtyard near the rink on a first come first serve basis.

Private Ice
You may privately rent the ice rink before or after our normal operating hours based on availability. Reservations must be made at least seven days in advance. The private rental fee is $175 for a 90-minute session, plus the regular group discount of $11 per person (plus tax). There is a 20 skater minimum for private ice reservations. If your group is above 75 people, then you are required to rent the rink privately. To inquire about private ice contact 817-698-0700 or email us.
